In all cases a full contract will be signed which includes a nondisclosure and non solicitation agreement. This states that:

“Apostol Virtual Assistance shall not directly or indirectly disclose to any other person than a representative of Company at any time either during the term of this Agreement or following the termination or expiration thereof, any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to company, including but not limited to customer lists, contact, financial data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets. Furthermore, Apostol Virtual Assistance agrees that during the term of Agreement and for 2 years following the termination of this Agreement, Apostol Virtual Assistance shall not solicit any customers or suppliers of Company other than on behalf of the customer himself. Any client information will be kept confidential between the companies and will be used for the sole purpose of performing the contractual services as herein defined in this document.”
